Food Safety, Storage and Reheat Instructions

Cool Food Rapidly

Cool food rapidly by the time above so it reaches as fast as possible the safe refrigerator-storage temperature of 40° F or below. 

Consume food by

Eat your menu items no later than the date they appear on your menu.  At most the menu items can be kept in the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days.

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

Breaded Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger and Country Fried Steak Sandwich

Leave in the plastic wrap, place on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30-60 seconds or until 165F. 

Chicken & Sausage Biscuit

Leave in the plastic wrap, placed on a microwave safe dish and microwave for approximately 30 seconds or until 165F. 

Beef Taco

Unwrap the taco, place it on a microwave safe plate and microwave for approximately 20-30 seconds or until 165 F.

Corn Dog

Unwrap the corndog, place it on a microwave safe plate and microwave for approximately 60 seconds or until 165 F.

Pizza Stick

Preheat oven to 400F, remove the paper wrapper, place on a baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes or until 165F.  Or for the microwave, remove from the paper wrapper, place on a microwave safe dish and microwave for approximately 30-45 seconds or until 165F.

Popcorn Chicken

Place on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 – 45 seconds or until 165 F.

Donut, Cinnamon Roll, Pancakes, Waffle and Other Breads

Leave wrapped and place on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10-20 seconds.

Baked Beans, Bean Dip, Chili Beans, Diced Potato, Mac N Cheese, Mashed Potato w/ Gravy, & Refried Beans

Place on a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 – 60 seconds or until 165 F.

All other items

Reheat until 165 F.
